We ship our products via our shipping partners.
Shipping procedure is as below:
- Order is received.
- Item Packed and made ready for dispatch.
- Courier Partner is automatically updated.
- Courier partner picks up the product.
- Customer is informed about the shipment details and tracking by courier partner through sms and registered email id.
- product is delivered by the courier partner in due time.
Delivery Time
Once your product is picked up, the delivery time is dependent on the courier partner and their service. We hold no control over delivery delays.
Past Record shows normally delivery in India takes at most 3 to 5 days.
Delays may be experienced due to traffics and communicational hazards which is beyond our control.
On Not Receiving the product
We work with very professional shipping partners. Still in some cases delivery may be delayed or even false delivery notifications may be sent to customers. In such cases report immediately with 12 hours of such discrepancies. Delay in reporting may cause further complicacies.
Do’s & Dont’s
- Do not give sign or otp or delivery pin to the delivery boy without physically accepting the product
- Do not accept the product without properly verifying the address and packaging condition.
- If the package is tampered/torn to such extent that it arises suspicion, open the package in front of the delivery boy with a video proof of unboxing.
- Do not ask to deliver with somebody else unless you are very closely confident about the person.
Exchanges
Only tampered or damaged product will be exchanged if video proof of unboxing is submitted in email id reachpandulipi@gmail.com. the legitimacy of the video proof will be sole discretion of Pandulipi Publishing.
